They were filled with a lot of pasta dishes or casseroles with grains. At first it was daunting trying to think of meals that don&#8217;t have grains or legumes in them but now I am having fun finding new recipes to try.\u00c2\u00a0 All of these recipes are grain and gluten free.<\/p>\n<p>This weeks meals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pizza with a <a href=\"http:\/\/stuffimakemyhusband.blogspot.com\/2011\/02\/great-pizza-experiment-of-2011-sicilian.html\">grain free cream cheese crust<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/robbwolf.com\/2011\/01\/05\/gluten-free-sausage-gravy-paleo-biscuits\/\">Sausage gravy and biscuits<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Baked chicken hindquarters with <a href=\"http:\/\/nomnompaleo.com\/post\/1657598867\/best-make-ahead-side-garlic-cauliflower-mashed\">cauliflower mashed potatoes<\/a> and sauteed zucchini.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/cavemanfood.blogspot.com\/2011\/02\/slow-roasted-pork-shoulder.html\">Slow roasted pork shoulder<\/a> with sauteed spinach and onions.<\/li>\n<li>Bratwurst with whatever veg looks good.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/sarahsbritamericankitchen.blogspot.com\/2011\/01\/beef-and-vegetable-baked-spaghetti.html\">Beef and vegetable baked spaghetti squash<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I didn&#8217;t do a post for last weeks menu but I did take some photos of what we were eating. Sadly, I did not get a photo of my first ever pot roast, and it turned out so yummy!
