The recipe was from <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook<\/span> by Elana Amsterdam.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Put-read-myself-Beginner-Books\/dp\/0394800176\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1040\" title=\"almondflour\" src=\"http:\/\/www.kateandryan.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/almondflour.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.kateandryan.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/almondflour.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.kateandryan.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/almondflour-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Elana has posted the recipe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedailymeal.com\/pear-crisp-elanas-pantry\">here<\/a>. The only changes I made were using olive oil (because that was what I had) and using honey instead of agave nectar (cause that stuff is as bad as HFCS!). It was another easy recipe and very, very tasty!
