Several of the others should be opening soon.  Hopefully this will lead to fresh zucchini before too much longer.<\/p>\n<p>All-in-all the porch garden is going well.  We&#8217;ve been fighting off aphids with the simple squish &#8217;em method of pest control.  The plants are all growing larger.  This morning I transplanted four more bell peppers out of the seed starter into the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.earthbox.com\">Earthbox<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our largest\/oldest zucchini plant has opened it&#8217;s first flower.
