I had a goal this year to improve my general fitness. I walk to and from work each day. Plus working at the library means moving a lot of material, lifting, etc. But I’ve found it isn’t enough. I’ve put on more weight and have gotten more out of shape. I need to turn those things around.
I need to get back into shape. I’ve tried yoga before but this time I’m trying a different approach. Baron Baptiste’s power yoga has an approach that I like. I’m pretty inflexible at the moment. It’s funny. But I figure I’ll improve as long as I stick to it.
