Santa Cupcakes

Today is the feast day for Saint Nicholas, aka Santa Claus. To celebrate I made Santa Cupcakes.

They turned out cute and yummy, though Ryan did not like the red hot nose. Wish I could have got a photo of when he bit into the red hot, probably should have warned him. Lol!

Cake decorating is definitely not my forte, but it was fun. Fun and messy. I’m not sure how I managed it but I got frosting all over the counter– not just where I was working!
